Founder, Fierce Awards & Fierce Forward

Founder & CEO, CCM Consulting & Advisory Services

Scott Costello is the founder of the Fierce Awards and Fierce Forward, initiatives dedicated to recognizing, connecting, and empowering extraordinary women who are making a lasting impact in their communities.

For more than 25 years, Scott has built businesses, publications, events, and leadership programs designed to celebrate the people and organizations that make communities stronger. Through CCM Consulting & Advisory Services, he works with businesses, nonprofits, and community leaders throughout Florida, helping them grow through strategic communications, leadership development, and meaningful community engagement.

Over the years, Scott has launched and led multiple publications, founded regional awards programs, created signature community events, and helped tell the stories of thousands of leaders, entrepreneurs, volunteers, and changemakers. The Fierce Awards grew from a simple belief: remarkable women deserve to be seen, celebrated, and connected to one another. What began in Greater Gainesville has evolved into a growing movement that continues to expand across Florida.

A lifelong believer in the power of relationships, Scott is passionate about bringing people together. Whether through Fierce, community leadership initiatives, networking events, or mentoring emerging leaders, he is constantly looking for ways to create meaningful connections and opportunities for others.

When he's not working, Scott can usually be found exploring Southwest Florida's restaurant scene, organizing gatherings with fellow enthusiasts through the Greater Naples Whiskey Society (and previously the Gainesville Bourbon Society), cheering on the Florida Gators, or spending time with his large blended family. Once known primarily as a serial entrepreneur, Scott jokes that his most ambitious role today may be keeping up with eight kids.
