Cotrenia Hood has over 20 years of experience in business development. After a successful career with Fortune 500 companies, Cotrenia transitioned to working with Chambers of Commerce, where she led business and economic development efforts in both Louisiana and Naples, Florida.

Driven by a deep passion to step out as an entrepreneur, in 2015 she founded Steel Bleu, a business and executive consulting firm helping today's leaders scale their companies and elevate their position in the new economy.

Cotrenia serves on several boards and leadership councils. She has been honored as a Gulfshore Business "40 Under 40," inducted into Florida Weekly's "Power Women," and is a graduate of Leadership Collier and Cornerstone Class 40 of Leadership Florida.
