Executive Leadership & Team Culture
Heather Parker is an educator, entrepreneur, and executive leadership consultant who helps organizations build stronger leaders, more effective teams, and healthier workplace cultures. As the Founder of HP Consulting, she partners with executives and leadership teams to strengthen communication, improve accountability, develop strategic plans, and guide lasting organizational change.
Her background spans business ownership, education, and nonprofit executive leadership. As the former Executive Director of Tyler's Hope for a Dystonia Cure, Heather helped grow fundraising efforts and expand the organization's reach across multiple states. She has also developed corporate leadership training and team culture programs that help organizations navigate challenges and achieve sustainable success.
With a Master's degree in Education, Heather believes effective leadership begins with self-awareness, personal growth, and accountability. Her philosophy is simple: strong leaders build strong teams, and strong teams build successful organizations.
Heather serves on the Boards of Directors for Ross Controls and Tyler's Hope for a Dystonia Cure. She also volunteers with Tyler's Hope, Ronald McDonald House, and Girls on the Run, bringing her commitment to people and community beyond the workplace.
Outside of work, Heather enjoys spending time with her husband and two college-aged children, exercising, and enjoying life with her dogs. Family, personal connections, and continuous growth remain at the heart of everything she does.
