Manager, Corporate Engagement, Arthrex
Meg Hardt serves as the Corporate Engagement Manager at Arthrex, Inc., where she spearheads initiatives focused on employee, university, and community engagement. Her responsibilities include managing key programs such as the Medical Device Industry and Medical Device Sales courses at FGCU, along with an internal training program designed to enhance employee education.
Meg enjoys interacting with community leaders, charitable organizations and students by giving presentations and facility tours to groups like Leadership Florida, The Immokalee Foundation, and The Pelican Bay Women's League. She also shares the Arthrex mission with healthcare professionals who are visiting the global headquarters. Meg's passion of interacting with others is fulfilled every day in her role at Arthrex.
Meg's commitment to community extends into her personal life. She is a dedicated board member of STARability, serves on the Leadership Collier Foundation Advisory Council, and actively supports her Leadership Collier Class of 2021 as their Class Champion.
A proud alumna of the University of Maryland, Meg earned her BA in Communications in 2003. During her time there, she held leadership roles in the Kappa Delta Sorority, including Vice President of Public Relations and Vice President of Philanthropy. It was at the University of Maryland where she met her husband, Tyler, and together they continue to cheer on Terrapin sports teams.
Outside of work, Meg takes on her most cherished role as a mother to two energetic kids. She's a familiar sight on the sidelines of lacrosse fields or volleyball courts, cheering them on with enthusiasm. In her leisure time, Meg enjoys exploring the outdoors with her family. Whether traveling, skiing, hiking, snorkeling, or discovering new restaurants, she treasures every adventure together.
